A TORNADO WAS MOVING INTO SOUTHWEST OSCEOLA COUNTY AT 750 PM. THE
TORNADO WAS MOVING NORTHEAST TOWARD SIBLEY. SIBLEY IS 15 MILES SOUTH OF
WORTHINGTON MINNESOTA. IT SHOULD BE NEAR SIBLEY BY AROUND 700 PM.
 
DO NOT USE YOUR CAR TO TRY TO OUTRUN A TORNADO. IF YOU ARE CAUGHT
IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...LEAVE THE CAR AND GO TO A STRONG
