TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  315 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...S...
 
IN NORTHEAST GEORGIA
 
   ...SOUTHERN HABERSHAM COUNTY...NORTHERN HALL COUNTY
   ...SOUTHERN WHITE COUNTY
 
AT 210 PM EDT...A TORNADO WAS REPORTED ON THE GROUND BY PRIVATE CITIZENS
IN NORTHERN HALL COUNTY. REPORTS OF A FUNNEL CLOUD WERE ALSO RECEIVED
FROM LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS IN THE SAME AREA.  RADAR INDICATED A
STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER NORTHERN HALL COUNTY MOVING TO THE EAST AT 25
MILES AN HOUR.
