000 TTAA00 KAUS 140254 TORAUS TXC411-140330- BULLETIN - EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED TORNADO WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE AUSTIN TX 954 PM CDT MON SEP 13 1993 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1030 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS ...EASTERN SAN SABA COUNTY AT 950 PM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO ABOUT 10 MILES SOUTHWEST OF CHAPPEL IN SAN SABA COUNTY MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH. THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION. ACT QUICKLY. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE. AVOID WINDOWS. ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A REINFORCED BUILDING OR GET INTO A DITCH OR CULVERT. CURL UP AND COVER YOUR HEAD WITH YOUR ARMS.
