SOUTHEAST OF SCOTT CITY ON THE SCOTT/LANE COUNTY LINE. THIS TORNADO WAS
MOVING TO THE EAST AT 20 MILES AND HOUR AND WILL REACH HIGHWAY 23 BY 620
PM CDT.
