EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AND SKYWARN OBSERVERS HAVE REPORTED STREAMS OVER
THEIR BANKS IN THE WARNED COUNTIES THROUGH THIS MORNING AND EARLY THIS
AFTERNOON.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON AND WARNINGS ARE COMBIN
AND EXTENDED FOR CHEMUNG...TIOGA AND SCHUYLER COUNTIES THROUGH 415 PM
