IN NORTH WEST VIRGINIA ...LEWIS COUNTY...RANDOLPH COUNTY...UPSHUR COUNTY THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS EXTENDED THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE ABOVE MENTIONED COUNTIES. FILES CREEK IN CENTRAL RANDOLPH COUNTY IF FLOODING ONCE AGAIN. SOME PEOPLE ARE STARTING TO GET STRANDED ALONG FILES CREEK NEAR THE COMPRESSOR STATION. FLOODING CONTINUES IN WALKERSVILLE OF LEWIS COUNTY AND SOUTHERN UPSHUR COUNTY. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.
