THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 745 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE SOUTHEAST PART OF COLORADO
      SOUTH CENTRAL BACA

THIS WARNING INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING TOWNS AND CITIES...ELDER AND
CAMPO.

AT 705 PM MDT RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO FORMING
ABOUT 15 MILES SOUTHWEST OF SPRINGFIELD. THE ASSOCIATED
THUNDERSTORM IS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE TO BE IS IN
A BASEMENT.  GET UNDER A WORKBENCH OR PIECE OF STURDY FURNITURE.
