FOR CHESTER AND DELAWARE COUNTIES OF SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA.
 
AT 525 PM EDT RADAR SHOWED A THUNDERSTORM MOVING RAPIDLY EAST AT 40
TO 45 MPH. THIS STORM IS POTENTIALLY SEVERE WHICH MEANS THERE MAY
BE HAIL AND STRONG GUSTY WINDS AS IT MOVES EAST.
