IN SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA ...DELAWARE COUNTY...PHILADELPHIA COUNTY AT 710 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED POTENTIALLY SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS MOVING ACROSS DELEWARE AND PHILADELPHIA COUNTIES. THESE STORMS HAVE A HISTORY OF STRONG GUSTY WINDS AND HAIL. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING RAPIDLY SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE WINDS IN EXCESS OF 55 MILES PER HOUR...
