THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PHILADELPHIA HAS ISSUED A
FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1215 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
FOR THE SADDLE RIVER IN NORTHERN NEW JERSEY...AT LODI
 
BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7 AND 9 PM...3.4 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN ACROSS
PARTS OF PASSAIC COUNTY. THE RAIN HAS ENDED BUT THE SADDLE RIVER
AT LODI MAY CREST AS HIGH AS 6 AND ONE HALF TO 7 FT BEFORE MIDNIGHT.
THE SADDLE RIVER AT LODI BEGINS TO FLOOD AT 5 FEET.
 
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNED COUNTY IN AN AREA SUBJECT TO FLOODING
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.  DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOOD WATERS.
CLIMBING ATOP YOUR STALLED VEHICLE WILL NOT PREVENT YOU FROM
