SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING     EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1030 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA
 
   ...MCLEOD COUNTY...WRIGHT COUNTY
 
AT 935 PM...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR HUTCHINSON
OR 55 MILES WEST OF DOWNTOWN MINNEAPOLIS. THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL BE AFFECTING
THE TOWNS OF COKATO AND HOWARD LAKE BY 10 PM.
 
THESE STORMS HAVE A HISTORY OF PRODUCING WINDS APPRAOCHING 60
MILES AN HOUR AND HAIL.
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55
MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
