AT 425 AM MONROE COUNTY SHERIFF DEPARTMENT REPORTED A TORNADO HAD
TOUCHED DOWN ON THE ALABAMA RIVER IN SOUTHERN MONROE COUNTY. THE
TORNADO WAS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AND MAY PASS NEAR FRISCO CITY.
