AT 1215 PM THE STATE PATROL SPOTTED A FUNNEL CLOUD NORTHEAST OF
UTICA IN EXTREME EASTERN DANE COUNTY...ABOUT 20 MILES NORTH OF
JANESVILLE.
 
THE STORM IS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.  TOWNS IN THE
PATH OF THE DANGEROUS STORM INCLUDE LAKE MILLS AND MILFORD.
