FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

   ...NORTHERN COCHRAN COUNTY
 
AT 10 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO 8 MILES NORTHWEST OF
MORTON MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH. TORNADOES HAVE BEEN REPORTED
IN BAILEY COUNTY NEAR THE COMMUNITY OF NEEDMORE WITH THIS STORM.
