UP TO 60 MILES AN HOUR ON THE LEADING EDGE OF THIS STORM.
 
THE STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR...AND WILL BE
AFFECTING KIRKSVILLE...AS WELL AS THE CITIES OF ADAIR...AND
WILLMATHSVILLE.
