SEVERE THUNDERSTORM AND FLASH FLOOD WARNING

FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY

AT 1000 PM EDT...RADAR INDICATED SLOW-MOVING SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS JUAT
WEST OF LONDON. THESE STORMS PRODUCED POWER OUTAGES AND UP TO TWO
INCHES OF RAIN AS THEY MOVED ACROSS PARTS OF PULASKI AND ROCKCASTLE
COUNTIES. DUE TO THE SLOW MOVEMENT OF THESE STORMS...FLASH FLOODING IS
LIKELY. THE STORMS WILL MOVE SLOWLY EAST ACROSS THE COUNTY AND THE
CITY OF LONDON THROUGH 1100 PM EDT.
