AT 250PM WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER
SOUTHCENTRAL LAWRENCE COUNTY KENTUCKY. THIS STORM IS MOVING EAST
AROUND 20 MILES AN HOUR. DAMAGING WINDS..HEAVY DOWNPOURS...FREQUENT
LIGHTNING AND LARGE HAIL HAVE BEEN REPORTED BY STORM SPOTTERS IN THE
STORM. POWER IS REPORTED OUT IN SEVERAL LOCATIONS AROUND AND SOUTH OF
THE CITY OF LOUISA IN LAWRENCE COUNTY KENTUCKY.
 
THE STORM WILL BE MOVING INTO SOUTHCENTRAL WAYNE COUNTY WEST VIRGINIA
DURING THE NEXT HOUR AND THE SAME CONDITIONS CAN BE EXPECTED AROUND
AND SOUTH OF FORT GAY IN WAYNE COUNTY.
 
THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.  IF YOU ARE IN ITS PATH YOU SHOULD
PREPARE FOR DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...LARGE HAIL...AND
DEADLY LIGHTNING.  PEOPLE OUTSIDE SHOULD MOVE TO A SHELTER...
PREFERABLY INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING BUT STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.
