EFFECTIVE UNTIL 145 PM EST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE NORTHEAST PART OF INDIANA
      NOBLE

AT 110 PM EST...A FUNNEL CLOUD WAS REPORTED BY THE KIMMELL VOLUNTEER
FIRE DEPARTMENT. THE FUNNEL CLOUD WAS ALOFT. THIS FUNNEL CLOUD WAS
MOVING TO THE EAST AT 10 MILES AN HOUR.

 PEOPLE IN THE TOWNS OF ALBION INDIANA SHOULD SEEK SHELTER IN A
 STRONG BUILDING.
