EFFECTIVE UNTIL 815 PM EST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE NORTHEAST PART OF INDIANA
      SOUTHEAST NOBLE

AT 744 PM EST A TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY RADAR 20 MILES NORTHWEST
OF FORT WAYNE INDIANA OR 10 MILES NORTHEAST OF COLUMBIA CITY
INDIANA.

THE TORNADO WAS MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.
