WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 500 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTY

   IN THE NORTHWEST PART OF OHIO
      EASTERN WILLIAMS

AT 325 PM EST OR 427 PM EDT...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
5 MILES EAST OF MONTPELLIER OHIO. IT WAS MOVING EAST AT 45 MILES AN
HOUR.

PEOPLE IN THE AREA AROUND THE  TOWN OF WEST UNITY OHIO
SHOULD SEEK SHELTER IN A STRONG BUILDING.  DO NOT STAND NEAR WINDOWS.
DO NOT USE TELEPHONES OR ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES UNTIL THE STORM HAS
PASSED.  MOTORISTS SHOULD AVOID LOW WATER CROSSINGS.
