EFFECTIVE UNTIL 745 PM EST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE NORTH CENTRAL PART OF INDIANA
      KOSCIUSKO

AT 705 PM EST...A TORNADO WAS REPORTED ON THE GROUND NEAR THE
HOSPITAL AT WARSAW.
THIS TORNADO WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR.

TOWNS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM ARE WINONA LAKE AND NORTH WEBSTER.
