THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 730 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE CENTRAL PART OF ILLINOIS
      EASTERN SANGAMON

AT 648 PM A FUNNEL CLOUD WAS REPORTED IN SOUTHEASTERN SPRINGFIELD
IN THE I-55 AND STEVENSON DRIVE AREA.  THE FUNNEL CLOUD WAS
MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.

BUFFALO HART AND MECHANICSBURG.
