AT 8 10 PM CDT...RADAR WAS INDICATING A POSSIBLE TORNADO DEVELOPING
NEAR SHANNON IN NORTHEAST CARROLL COUNTY...ABOUT 35 MILES WEST
OF ROCKFORD THE STORM WAS MOVING TO THE EAST SOUTHEAST AT 35 MPH.
