EFFECTIVE UNTIL 445 PM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE CENTRAL PART OF ILLINOIS
      EASTERN CASS

THE FUNNEL CLOUD REPORTED OVER MORGAN COUNTY IN MOVING NORTH
NORTHEAST AT 35 MP WILL ENTER SOUTHEAST CASS COUNTY...30 MILES
WEST NORTHWEST  OF SPRINGFIELD.

THE TOWNS OF PHILADELPHIA AND ASHLAND ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM
