FROM JUST WEST OF MADISON TO 75 MILES SOUTH OF MADISON IN NORTH-CENTRAL
ILLINOIS. HIGH WINDS AND BLINDING RAINS HAVE BEEN REPORTED WITH THESE
THUNDERSTORMS IN GREEN COUNTY. THESE STORMS WERE ENTERING CENTRAL
DANE AND FAR WESTERN ROCK COUNTIES AT 500 PM.
