EFFECFTIVE UNTIL 9PM CDT FOR JUNEAU..ADAMS..SAUK AND COLUMBIA COUNTIES
IN SOUTH-CENTRAL WISCONSIN. A FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IN
IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. THIS WARNING AFFECTS THE FOLLOWING
CITIES..WONOWOC..LYNDON STATION..ADAM-FRIENDSHIP..BARABOO..WISCONSIN
DELLS AND PORTAGE.
 
THE JUNEAU AND SAUK COUNTY EMERGENCY GOVERNMENT DIRECTORS REPORT HEAVY
RAIN AND FLOODING AT MANY PLACES THROUGHOUT THEIR RESPECTIVE DCOUNTIES.
AMOUNTS OF 6 TO 9 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE BEEN REPORTED. NUMEROUS ROADS ARE
UNDER WATER. MUDSLIDES WERE REPORTED NORTH OF LYNDON STATION WITH
HIGHWAY H NEAR LYNDON STATION UNDER WATER.
 
VERY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES THROUGHOUT COLUMBIA COUNTY WITH FLOODING
OCCURRING IN MANY AREAS.
 
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THA8T FLOODING IS IMMINENT.  IT'S
IMPORTANT TO KNOW WHERE YOU ARE RELATIVE TO STREAMS...RIVERS...OR
CREEKS WHICH CAN BECOME KILLERS IN HEAVY RAINS.  CAMPERS SHOULD
AVOID CAMPING ALONG STREAMS OR CREEKS DURING THREATENING RAINS.
