AT 655 PM CDT EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS IN FANNIN COUNTY REPORT A
TORNADO ON THE GROUND 5 MILES WEST OF LADNIA IN SOUTHAST FANNIN
COUNTY. THE TORNADO WAS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 30 PH.
