THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1100 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE NORTHEAST PART OF NEBRASKA
      EASTERN THURSTON

AT 1034 PM CDT AT FUNNEL CLOUD WAS REPORT BY THURSTON COUNTY
SPOTTERS OVER ROSALIE NEBRASKA OR 30 MILES SOUTH OF SIOUX CITY.
MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.

THE STORM WILL MOVE INTO WALTHILL AND WINNEBAGO NEBRASKA BETWEEN
1045 AND 11 PM.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM. TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY. IF YOU ARE IN A
STRONG BUILDING GO TO AN INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR. AVOID
WINDOWS. ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A REINFORCED BUILDING OR
