IN EAST CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA ...SOUTHERN LAKE COUNTY AT 848 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPING OVER SOUTHERN LAKE COUNTY...ABOUT 5 MILES SOUTHEAST OF MADISON OR 30 MILES SOUTHWEST OF BROOKINGS. THIS STORM WILL MOVE OVER THE TOWN OF CHESTER BY 900 PM CDT. STORMS THIS EVENING HAVE A HISTORY OF PRODUCING TORNADOS. THESE STORMS ARE MOVING SOUTH AT 10 MILES AN HOUR AND ARE EXTREMELY DANGEROUS.
