EFFECTIVE UNTIL 615 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE NORTHWEST PART OF MINNESOTA
      SOUTHERN KITTSON...MARSHALL

AT 510 PM CDT A TORNADO WAS REPORTED NEAR KENNEDY IN SOUTHERN
KITTSON COUNTY MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 35 TO 40 MPH. RADAR INDICATED
A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 10 MILES SOUTH OF HALLOCK MINNESOTA.

WARREN MINNESOTA.
