EFFECTIVE UNTIL 530 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE SOUTHEAST PART OF NORTH DAKOTA
      SOUTHERN RANSOM...NORTHERN SARGENT

THIS WARNING INCLUDES THE CRETE...GWINNER...LISBON AREAS.

AT 440 PM CDT THE DICKEY COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE REPORTED A TORNADO
NEAR OAKES NORTH DAKOTA...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR.

IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE TO BE IS IN
A BASEMENT.  GET UNDER A WORKBENCH OR PIECE OF STURDY FURNITURE.
