THAT THE SOQUE RIVIER IN CLARKSVILLE WAS FLOODING OUT OF ITS BANKS.
 
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
