IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
 
   ...WEST CENTRAL GOLIAD COUNTY
 
AT 535 PM CDT VICTORIA RADAR SHOWS A HOOK ECHO ON THE
GOLIAD...KARNES...BEE COUNTY LINE. THIS CELL CHANGED DIRECTION OF
MOVEMENT TO THE SOUTH AND NOW IS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR.
