FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  100 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
 
   ...BASTROP COUNTY...LEE COUNTY
 
AT 950 PM...RADAR SHOWED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL NEAR
CEDAR CREEK EXTENDING WESTWARD TO BUDA...OVER EASTERN BASTROP COUNTY
FROM SMITHVILLE AND BASTROP TO PAIGE...AND AROUND LEXINGTON.
 
THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 10 MILES AN HOUR.
 
THE WARNING FOR BASTROP COUNTY IS BEING EXTENDED UNTIL 1 AM.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO

ATTEMPT TO CROSS BRIDGES...DIPS...OR LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS
