FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
 
IN SOUTH TEXAS
 
   ...FRIO COUNTY
 
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAINS ACROSS MUCH
OF FRIO COUNTY. ALSO VERY HEAVY RAINS ACROSS DIMMIT AND ZAVALA
COUNTIES ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE INTO FRIO COUNTY DURIING THE NEXT COUPLE
OF HOURS.
