STRONG THUNDERSTORMS HAVE DUMPED HEAVY RAIN IN SOUTHERN PRATT
COUNTY...AND CONTINUE TO PRODUCE VERY HEAVY RAINFALL. RADAR ESTIMATES OF
AROUND 5 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN IN AN AREA SOUTH AND SOUTHWE
OF PRATT.
 
FLOODING OF HIGHWAYS AND SMALL STREAMS ARE LIKELY THIS EVENING AS
MORE THUNDERSTORMS MOVE ACROSS THE AREA.
