THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 415 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTY

   IN THE STATE OF OHIO
      FULTON

AT 315 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM OVER WESTERN FULTON COUNTY...15 MILES NORTHWEST OF
WAUSEON.  IT WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH AND SHOULD BE NEAR
MORENCI MICHIGAN BY 4PM EDT.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 55
MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
