FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL MIDNIGHT EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY......

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SMALL STREAM FLOOD WARNING
FOR KILLBUCK CREEK AND IT'S TRIBUTARIES IN WAYNE COUNTY.
 
HEAVY RAINS OVER WAYNE COUNTY THIS AFTERNOON HAVE CAUSED RAPID RISES
ON THE KILLBUCK AT WOOSTER THIS EVENING. NO FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED
AS OF 6 PM BUT ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINS COULD SEND THE KILLBUCK OUT OF
IT'S BANKS.
 
RADAR AT 610 PM WAS STILL SHOWING BANDS OF HEAVY RAINS OVER WESTERN
OHIO THAT WILL BE MOVING OVER WAYNE COUNTY LATER THIS EVENING.
 
COLDER AIR ARRIVING TONIGHT AND SATURDAY WILL HELP IN STABILIZING
WATER LEVELS.
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
