FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

AT 755 PM THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAD RECEIVED NUMEROUS REPORTS
OF FLOODED DTREETS IN LEVITTSBURG IN TRUMBULL COUNTY. ALSO THE
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE AT THE YOUNGSTOWN MUNICIAPL AIRPORT RECORDED 
INCHES OF RAIN IN THE LAST HOUR. WEATHER RADAR WAS SHOWING A LARGE
AREA OF HEAVY TO VERY HEAVY RAIN TO THE WEST. MOVEMENT WAS TO THE
EAST AT 30 MPH.
 
PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN LOW LYING AREAS NEAR CREEKS AND STREAMS SHOULD STAY
ALERT TO CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
