FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

AT 925 PM WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN OVER NORTHEAST OHIO. THE PRECIPITATION
WAS NOT MOVING MUCH. THIS MEANS FLOODING IS LIKELY OVER NORTHEAST OHIO
UNTIL AT LEAST EARLY FRIDAY MORNING. THE GREATEST THREAT WILL BE IN
URBAN AREAS AND NEAR SMALL STREAMS.
