THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL
9 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING NEW YORK COUNTIES...NIAGARA

AT 530 PM RADAR SHOWED SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN
HAVE MOVED INTO NIAGARA COUNTY.  SOME AREAS COULD RECEIVE WELL OVER AN
INCH OF RAIN IN THE NEXT FEW HOURS WHICH WOULD BE ENOUGH TO CAUSE
FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS, SMALL STREAMS AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.

IF YOU LIVE IN AN AREA WITH A HISTORY OF FLOODING BE PREPARED TO PROTECT
YOURSELF AND YOUR PROPERTY.
