AT 605 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR DETECTED A POSSIBLE TORNADO
NEAR STAFFORD SPRINGS THAT WAS TRACKING EAST SOUTHEAST AT 40 MILES AN
HOUR. THE TORNADIC STORM WILL MOVE INTO WINDHAM COUNTY BY 615 PM AND
WILL TRACK TOWARDS THE TOWNS OF PUTNAM AND DANIELSON.
