SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  400 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN NORTHEAST MASSACHUSETTS
 
   ...ESSEX COUNTY
 
AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS.
 
 
AT 240 THIS AFTERNOON NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR AT WORCESTER
REPORTED A POTENTIALLY SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR LOWELL. THIS
THUNDERSTORM WILL MOVE SLOWLY EAST ACROSS ESSEX COUNTY DURING THE NEXT
HOUR AND SHOULD REACH WENHAM AND ESSEX BY 340 PM.
 
  THE THUNDERSTORM COULD PRODUCE SMALL HAIL AND HEAVY RAIN AS IT
MOVES EAST DURING THE NEXT HOUR.
