AT 819 THIS MORNING A TORNADO HAD TOUCHED DOWN BETWEEN DAWSON AND
COLLINSVILLE IN SOUTHERN DE KALB COUNTY.
 
THE TORNADO WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MILES AN WILL PASS NEAR LABANON
DURING THE NEXT FEW MINUTES.
