AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS
 
 
AT 3 50 PM...RADAR WAS DETECTING A COUPLE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS IN
CENTRAL DELAWARE...NEAR DOVER. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING EAST
AT AROUND 40 MILES AN HOUR.

MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
