TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  315 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA
 
   ...EASTERN MEEKER COUNTY...EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN STEARNS COUNTY
 
INCLUDING THE CITIES OF DASSEL...DARWIN...WATKINS AND KIMBALL.
 
AT 245 PM CDT THIS THURSDAY AFTERNOON THE FIRE CHIEF IN THE CITY OF
DASSEL MINNESOTA...33 MILES SOUTH OF ST CLOUD REPORTED A TORNADO ON
THE GROUND NEAR THE CITY OF DASSEL MINNESOTA.
 
THE TORNADO WAS MOVING TO THE EAST NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH
