IN NORTHEAST MISSOURI ...CLARK COUNTY...LEWIS COUNTY AT 350 AM CST RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN NORTHEASTERN MISSOURI NEAR EDINA IN KNOX COUNTY OR 25 MILES EAST OF KIRKSVILLE. THIS STORM WAS MOVING TO THE EAST-NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH AND WILL MOVE ACROSS LEWIS AND CLARK COUNTIES BETWEEN 400 AND 500 AM. POWER OUTAGES HAVE BEEN REPORTED IN THE EDINA AREA. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
