JEFFERSON COUNTY SLOWLY MOVING EASTWARD.
 
THESE STORMS WERE PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINS AND WILL CONTINUE OVER
JEFFERSON COUNTY FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS.
