EFFECTIVE UNTIL 615 PM EST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE SOUTHEAST PART OF KENTUCKY
      KNOTT...KNOX...LESLIE...PERRY

IF YOU LIVE IN A FLOOD PRONE OR LOW LYING AREA OF KNOTT...KNOX...
LESLIE OR PERRY COUNTIES YOU SHOULD CHECK WATER LEVELS NOW AND MOVE
TO HIGHER GROUND IF RISING WATER IS OBSERVED.
