EFFECTIVE UNTIL 930 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE NORTHWEST PART OF KENTUCKY
      HENDERSON...

   IN THE SOUTHWEST PART OF INDIANA
      VANDERBURGH...

AT 830 PM CDT...TORRENTIAL RAINS FROM SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS
HAVE FLOODED CITY STREETS IN THE EVANSVILLE AREA. THE STORMS
WITH THE HEAVIEST RAIN WILL MOVE SOUTHEAST INTO THE HENDERSON
KENTUCKY AREA.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.
THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOU TO CROSS SAFELY PLUS
THE ROADWAY MAY BE WASHED OUT. A VEHICLE CAUGHT IN RISING WATER
SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGH GROUND.
